Gift Card FAQs
The YEARS Gift Card is a prepaid multi-purpose voucher that can be used to participate in a YEARS programme. The card allows the recipient to schedule an appointment and receive medical consultation, based on which diagnostic services are then planned and carried out.
Medical services are provided exclusively after medical consultation, examination and indication. Billing follows the German Medical Fee Schedule (GOÄ). The gift card is used as prepaid credit.
The gift card is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
Yes. The credit can be applied to a different YEARS programme; any price differences will be settled.
All examinations and results are discussed personally with a specialist. The strategy meeting usually takes place within 2-3 weeks.
