Why prevention – and why YEARS?
Throughout my clinical career, I repeatedly saw patients whose conditions had developed unnoticed over years. YEARS bridges this gap through precision diagnostics and data-driven, personalized interventions – structured, evidence-based medicine tailored to individual risk profiles.
What must change in today’s healthcare system?
We treat health as happenstance instead of recognizing it is shaped by measurable risk factors, circumstances, and daily decisions. The scientific tools exist – what’s missing is a system that uses them consistently.
Advice you often give – and follow yourself?
Real change doesn’t require dramatic steps. Start small and stay consistent – with nutrition, movement, sleep, and mental health. Consciously create space for what truly matters.
