Why prevention – and why YEARS?

As a cardiologist treating heart attacks, I often intervened too late. At YEARS I found what I was searching for: space, structure, and science to support people before something goes wrong.

What do you wish more people understood about health?

Health exists on a spectrum, not in black and white. Progress emerges through regular practice, exercise, and momentum. Health is a positive cycle: small actions → small successes → long-term change.

What have you learned from patients?

Movement is medicine. I see energetic 80-year-olds who never stopped exercising. Find your minimum daily movement. Build routines. Let them carry you.
